Memorial Drive Church of Christ building
caught on fire early Wednesday morning, July 24, 2019.
The fire went through the middle of the building from the front to the back. The foyer, the "Bell Tower", the teachers' workroom, some offices, stairs to balcony, adult and elementary school classrooms, and bathrooms were destroyed. So much more of the building was compromised. It is still being inspected.
This reminds me of our song about Job,
"Praise the Lord at all Times".
Also, the church is NOT the building, it is the people.
